The 2016 Advantage Mirror Report was conducted from January to March 2016.
Quantitative Research was conducted, aquiring 615 responses from 23 drinks association members including BWS, Coles Liquor, Dan Murphy's, Liquor Barons, Thirsty Camel and more. Qualitative Research was conducted with a total of 310 supplier interviews.
Participants rated each retailer using a 5 point rating scale. For reporting purposes, the ratings are converted into a Net Favourable score. This score is benchmarked vs. other retails to provide a rank relative to other retailers.
Our overall performance rank was NUMBER ONE and our Net Favourable score was 60 (up from an NF of 24 in 2015).
